Currently, our team consists of the founder, who is seeking a dynamic partner to develop our sales channel and bring in new customers.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team and drive our sales efforts. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, and closing deals to bring in new customers. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in a growing startup and make a significant impact on our success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the founder to refine the value proposition and positioning of ContiClose.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the founder.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to continuously improve our sales approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the finance and SaaS industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fully remote startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
